Our Approach

Graduate training schemes are offered in-person, online, or as a hybrid of both. Typically lasting two to four weeks, these programmes accommodate five to ten delegates with backgrounds in computer science or other STEM fields. While Java was once the predominant language for our schemes, Python has now taken its place.

Our instructors use a Socratic learning method, providing real-time guidance and support by observing delegates’ progress either virtually or in the training room.

Graduates also engage in ‘show and tell’ sessions, where they present their project work and answer questions from a technical audience, demonstrating their newly acquired skills.

Informed Solutions: Annual Graduate Training Initiatives Since 2018, we have partnered with Informed Solutions to deliver their annual graduate training schemes. They engaged Framework Training to design and execute a comprehensive two-week Software Engineering ‘Bootcamp’.
